1. Operator
This website (“ETFPanda”, the “Service”) is owned and operated by DLT Systems, LLC, 56 Broad St, STE 53831, Boston, MA 02109, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. No investment advice
All content on the Service — including calculators, simulations, screeners, prices, fund data, articles and comparisons — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. Monte Carlo simulations and projections are hypothetical models based on assumptions you control; they are not forecasts. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
3. Data accuracy
Fund data, prices, and metrics displayed on the Service are obtained from third-party sources believed to be reliable but are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Prices may be delayed. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data and accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on it. Always verify key figures (TER, ISIN, distribution policy) against the fund issuer's official documents, including the KID/KIID and prospectus.
4. Accounts and subscriptions
Certain features require a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Where required by law (including for consumers in the European Union), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by requesting immediate access to digital content you may consent to waive this right to the extent permitted by applicable law. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service; resell or redistribute Service data; circumvent paywalls, access controls, or usage limits; interfere with the operation of the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, text, and compiled datasets, is owned by DLT Systems, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Index names, fund names, tickers, and trademarks referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners; their use here is for identification only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7. Advertising
The free tier of the Service is supported by advertising, which may include third-party banner ads and clearly labelled sponsored placements. Sponsored content is marked as such. The presence of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by us.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DLT Systems, LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware — except that if you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions and courts of your country of residence to the extent required by local law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
